Yoga for Secondary Schools
Most often our Certified TEEN – Mind & Body instructors are requested to deliver 6/8 week programmes to secondary schools with a specific aim. This can be to improve concentration, reduce stress/behavioural issues or for those who don’t relate to a ‘traditional P.E. class’.
We also provide a programmes to various competitive, sports teams to help achieve balance and prevent injuries i.e. Hockey; Football; Rugby. All programs are sports specific and are delivered in a manner which will engage the Teen no matter their gender or sport!
