School Resilience Programs for Primary & Secondary Schools

What Is a Classroom Resilience Programme?

A classroom resilience programme is a structured, age-appropriate series of sessions designed to help children & teenagers understand the connection between their body, brain and mind. Through practical techniques & interactive discussion, students learn how to regulate emotions, manage stress, improve focus & build lifelong wellbeing skills.

Our Experience & Approach

Our school resilience programmes represent more than 20 years of professional practice within Primary & Secondary education, developed through direct work as a School Support Advisor & Trainer.

Combining extensive classroom experience with evidence-informed neuroscience & emotional regulation frameworks, each programme is carefully engineered to engage its intended age group at a developmental level.

This structured and scalable approach to resilience training provides students with powerful, repeatable techniques that strengthen emotional awareness, improve behaviour regulation and support sustained classroom engagement.

Our programmes integrate seamlessly into the school day to complement existing Wellbeing, PSHE & Literacy curricula.

Delivered across the UK; Ireland; Jersey & Channel Islands

Our 3 Resilience Programmes

  • Working with each school’s educational literacy program. As part of the lesson we introduce calming techniques and discussions on how characters feel or behave and how our techniques could positively change these feelings or story outcomes.

    This helps build confidence and an interest in books, especially for boys who often struggle to become excited by reading. A block of sessions can be 6-10 weeks long with the students creating their own story and even performing it to the whole school.

  • 6/8 week interactive sessions - we talk about emotions, energy levels, motivation and how our mind and body are linked. Throughout the block we introduce them to techniques which can help them change how they are feeling. Basically this is resilience training and more providing each child with a ‘Toolset for Life’.

    Once learned these techniques can then be used in short 5 minute sessions to prepare the children for a work session and help the teacher get the most out of each child.

  • This is a study program for the senior school. We first introduce each student to their internal body and mind and highlight how they work in tandem. We’ll discuss emotions and the physical sensations that are attached to each and how to stop them dictating our mood.

    This is a very interactive training where students will discover what type of thinkers they are and which styles of learning work best for them; techniques that create neural pathways to facilitate retention of knowledge for exams; practical exercises to energise and focus the mind before study sessions; exercises to calm after and prepare for a good night sleep after;
